“Upon check in the receptionist could not find my reservation which was a worry at first, but after a bit of looking around the system all was sorted fairly quickly and all was good, she was very helpful and patient in keeping looking until she got to the bottom of the problem. Aside from that minor problem all was good, nice apartment and a good location, bit of a walk from the main railway station but there is a tram stop just a few minutes walk away.
