"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. "Location is great and the place is clean. I liked the decor in the bedroom, and the bed was comfortable (although the shower was a bit of a squeeze). Worth paying extra for the harbourside view with a balcony, otherwise there's a pleasing terrace overlooking the same and breakfast is served facing the harbour. The staff were generally friendly, especially those dealing with breakfast, who were lovely. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the Piroscafo."
