The apartment was incredibly clean and quiet, all facilities top notch, the bed super comfortable. Not to mention the tram stop is literally in front of the entrance door, so the city center and adjacent Prague castle are easy to reach. A big plus is also the nice cafe‘ on the ground floor that has tasty cakes and ice cream to offer for those who would like to have a tasty breakfast. I highly reccommend Dowtown Suites Belohorska!

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, spacious, and just as described, with well- equipped kitchen area. We're a family of five and felt very comfortable- extra points for the AC and two bathrooms! The building has an elevator, and we were able to reserve parking ahead of time (strongly recommended in Praha!), which was very convenient. We had to contact the property owner once, and they answered our phone immediately and helped us right away. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Very easy check-in via code. Apartment was very clean. Small kitchen was nice. Big pillows and comfy bed. Metro stop is literally 100 feet from the building entrance. You can purchase Metro tickets using a credit card on the metro itself, which was very convenient. Or if you prefer walking, central Prague area takes about 30 minutes. Getting to the airport was fairly straightforward using public transportation as well.

I would not book this again

I do not think I would stay at this aparthotel again. While the location was conveniently located to a tram stop, that's about all it was convenient to. This is quite a distance from tourist sites, and very limited places to eat nearby. The apartment furnishings were new and in good condition, but there was not much in the way of amenities or any decoration and as a whole felt very basic. A few of the towels probably should have been replaced, but the apartment itself was very clean. There was a lift, but you had to go up many steps to be able to reach it. Also, there was no air conditioning and only two fans to cool the entire unit which was not sufficient in the summer heat. Also as depicted, the bed is immediately adjacent to the kitchenette so not much privacy. A screen or curtain would have been nice to block the bed from kitchenette.

Really liked the property and area. However, the registration process left a bit to be desired - too many texts and emails asking to do this and that. Suggest allowing one, simple registration, including paying for parking and pets when booking. The links included in the texts were not active, meaning you had to cut and paste.

Really good experience

Really good location, well connected to the center with the use of public transport, the place was clean and with enough space. Despite the reception is virtual, they were able to get back to us and answer our questions.

Good apartments, self-checking works well during out-of-working hours. Parking is OK. Local area is OK. Good connection with city by tram. There are few really great restaurants close to the hotel. There is a local shop right across the street. WiFi was stable and fast.
