This hotel was fantastic. Our stay at The Golden Well in Prague was truly delightful from beginning to end. The reception was warm and professional. Victoria welcomed us with genuine friendliness, gave us a thoughtful tour of the hotel, and provided clear and helpful information about the surroundings. It immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The room was elegant and very comfortable, with a genuine classic style that perfectly fits the historic character of the building. Everything felt calm, tasteful, and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The view is beautiful, the breakfast menu is well prepared, and the buffet is generous and carefully arranged. The service was outstanding. Olga and Andrea were both warm, attentive, and caring, turning breakfast into a truly pleasant daily experience. The hotel’s location is superb, quiet yet perfectly situated for exploring Prague. Check-out was simple, smooth, and efficient. We truly enjoyed staying in this well-preserved historic building. It allowed us to feel and breathe the gracefulness of Prague in a very special way. This hotel has a special charm. I stayed with my husband and 3 teenagers and we loved it. The location is perfect, it’s quiet and yet easily accessible to the old city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with thoughtful things like fruit and cake. Not to mention dark curtains and great air conditioning. The breakfast room has the best view of the city and the staff are all friendly and make the experience perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were very friendly and took the time to help where ever they could. Amazing breakfasts with stunning views of the city, housekeeping was incredible, I would recommend this hotel to everyone as there just wasn't any downsides.
