Hotel was in a good location. Easy walk to old town center and the Charles bridge. Staff was not overly helpful and there is no smart tv streaming if you are interested in watching tv at night. Older property but beautiful building and a bit dated. Small tub shower combo in room. No free water in rooms.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The valet parking was convenient and priced similarly to the nearby city garages. The breakfast was outstanding — easily the best we’ve had in a long time, with a wide selection and excellent quality. The location is perfect as well, close to major sights in Prague and ideal for exploring the city on foot. We would happily stay here again.

This was the most luxurious stay! So glad we booked it! We were not thrilled with our room, which was tiny beyond tiny and unfortunately faced the street and was quite loud until really late at night even though there is nothing below, just people walking by, talking, laughing but somehow acoustics travels strange. That was room #215. But we didn’t bother with changing it, I regret that. But…the hotel itself, the service, the friendliness of all staff, the breakfast is simply outstanding! The beautiful deco is just outstanding. The location is fantastic. I very day I walked out and walked different directions discovering little streets and corners. I can’t recommend enough. Well done!!! And if you can, watch the Mozart dinner which itself is just as impressive. Read the very interesting history of the hotel on their below street level.

An absolute gem in the heart of Old Town Prague. Excellent in every way. The location is perfect - steps from Old Town Square yet quiet at night, with stunning views of the historic rooftops. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Staff went above and beyond - warm, professional, and genuinely helpful with every request. You feel the history of Prague all around you, but with all the modern luxury you could want. Breakfast was outstanding. We will absolutely be back. If you are visiting Prague, stay here.

The Junior Suite on the 8th floor was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the city. The staff treated us kindly. The breakfast was delicious offering an assortment of foods. The prosecco offered at the buffet was an added treat. While we didn’t go to the bar, it appeared elegant, just as the lobby and dining area. What a great location too! I would definitely stay here again.
