Front desk staff was amazing . They got us an earlier room , utensils when we needed it in the middle of the night . But the cleaning crew was lacking . They would only make our beds and never take out our trash .

What a beautiful hotel! The breakfast is wonderful also. It is right across the way from the famous Astronomical clock. We enjoyed that but the area can get very very busy. The windows are doubled so it was relatively quiet.

This is a great hotel in the best location in the old square - right across from the astronomical clock. You can have breakfast while looking right at the clock. This is an older building, but well maintained. Walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms were clean and staff friendly.
