Perfect place to stay in the middle of Old Town. The staff and I mean ALL the staff was very helpful, kind and it felt like they wanted to do more for us to enjoy our stay! We left on morning and it was raining, and without asking, the wonderful woman at the front brought an umbrella and gave it to me! Breakfast was substantial, the rooms are large and the bed was comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for sightseeing, walk inside Residence Agnes and you are immersed in a unique lobby with friendly welcoming staff. We had two rooms as a family, both clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. As a coeliac family, we were able to educate the staff on what this means (not just gluten free food but no cross contamination) and would hope to see more recommendations and breakfast “safe” options as they continue to learn.

This has to be one of the most outstanding hotel experiences we have had. The hospitality of the owner and staff is the absolute best. We came to Agnes because of a recommendation and we are happy to give ours as well. I just hope that with all the good reviews there will be room for us again.

From the initial welcoming email thanking us for booking with them; to offering to organize a driver to pick us up at the airport; to bringing us a drink and taking the time to personally sit with us upon our arrival to understand what was important to us during our stay, the staff at Residence Agnes are exceptional! At any time of day or evening, we were always greeted with a smile and made to feel special. It was their pleasure to make recommendations on sightseeing, shopping and restaurants…their goal is to genuinely care. Outside, the location is easily walkable to everything, just one quiet street away from the action. Inside is a very cozy setting and a great breakfast, they even remembered how we took our coffee.

This is an AMAZING hotel. The owner and staff truly treat their guests like royalty. I honestly couldn't have asked for a nicer experience and as a bonus the location is wonderful with close proximity to many sights and restaurants. The final perk is that their breakfast is incredibly good. We'll be back!

For a stay in old town Prague this has to be the hotel of choice. Professional and attentive staff, pristine rooms, excellent and varied breakfast options and very reasonably priced. Advice from staff on things to do in town was perfect, from museums to music concerts. And I chatted to the owner, Frank, who is a real professional, clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again when next in Prague. Highly recommended!

Our arrival at Hotel Agnes did not begin well. We were booked into last room on top floor. One had to be careful not to hit head on ceiling when getting out of bed. Also the elevator only goes to third floor and stair way for an older adult (me) was dangerous. The next day we were moved to first floor room and from that moment on, our stay was perfect. The staff were so helpful, we were given a free ride to train station when we departed. Nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but would not want to stay on 4th floor unless I was younger.
