Best location

Amazing location just minutes from the palace and cathedral in old town. We were able to walk everywhere. It is in the castle district and you can easily walk down to the bridge and across. The castle district is glorious but there are steep hills. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone who’s like to walk the city. We did not have to use any public transportation and saw most of Old town and the famous sites.

The location could not be better! It is really close to the castle of Prague, and although the street in front of the hotel is always full, the rooms are very quiet. Comfy beds, robes and a warm shower. The room has air conditioning as well. The only down side is that there was no reception, and if needed to ask diverging you’d need to make a call to their main hotel, paying international call fees.

Such a perfect location your windows will be on many pictures taken by tourists. Steep stairs and narrow hallways, not for elderly or very young. Wonderful view. Some issues with hot water.

Bequemes Bett und gute Lage. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Unterkunft hat keine Rezeption, man öffnet das Zimmer aber problemlos mit einem Code, den man rechtzeitig vor Anreise zugesandt bekommt.

This hotel is the right price and gives you the ambience of the great city of Prague. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and perfectly charmed and comfortable. This is a great place to stay and the location is also great. Prague is under rated and a lovely city!

V našej kúpeľni bol plynový kotol ktorý sme počúvali celú noc aj pri zatvorených dverách. Neustále zapíjal a vypinal. Cez okno bolo počuť takmer všetko, autá aj ľudí. Pomohlo by keby boli vákuové okná. Personál bol milí a ochotní. Vybavenie hotela sa nám páčilo , veľmi pekná izba.

Historic, charming, surprisingly large rooms (for anywhere, but especially for Europe). Fantastic location - adorable street, quiet at night, 5 min from castle and 10 from Charles Bridge. Very tasty breakfast included.

the rooms were nice and clean, all the staff were friendly, the room was really big and the bed was comfortable, the hotel was only a few minute walk from the castle but probably about a 10 minute walk from the charles bridge, if you didnt want to walk up the steep hill you can get a 22 tram that gets you to the castle then you can walk through the castle grounds

Nice room, but i complained about a smell from the bathroom which seemed like a problem with the drains, The lady on the desk said she will mention it to the housekeeper the next day! anyhow I did not get any feedback regarding if the problem has been dealt with or an offer of another room! Also we asked for some more milk for coffee as we used the 4 little pods from previous Days and was told rudely we only get milk once and not entitled to anymore!! which I feel is a bit of a joke!! I wont be returning.

Todo fue excelente, el hotel es muy bonito, limpio y la camada muy comoda, absolutamente todo el personal es muy amable, quien nos recibió en la noche fue el guardia y es muy atento, incluso se esforzó un poco por hablarnos en español pues dijo que tenía mucho sin practicarlo. El desayuno es muy completo y riquísimo. La ubicación es estupenda y la relación calidad precio es muy buena.

This Lobster will make you Green with envy.

Our room was huge. Stayed in room 102, a standard room, it was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the local area was great. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Best bed in my life

Honestly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, also the bottle of wine was a nice touch for my birthday. Room was huge and felt like we were in our own apartment.

Good spot to explore Prague from

Very nice hotel, picturesque street, close to tram, castle, monastery, cathedral. Easy distance to Charles Bridge and old town. Good breakfast, nice cafe up the street, large room with good bed and a great beamed ceiling. Suggest getting a taxi from airport or train as it is all up hill cobblestones, not so bad to walk but no fun with bags. The air conditioning is a room unit and was not fantastic but adequate, the weather was pretty warm when we were there. Tram tickets available at a little store about 100 ft away. There is a lift, very small and old fashioned; we just went up the stairs and only used the lift for the bags. Very clean, coffee and tea in room, friendly helpful staff.

Beautifully decorated place with a great breakfast

Hotel is very closely locat d to Charles Bridge and the castle. Lots of great restaurants near by. We were sulrised with a delicious free breakfast at the morning. The only complain is, that they should definitely improve customer service at evenings. We were checked in by the security guy, next day, different security guy was very rude.
