"It is a nice hotel. Breakfast is good. In general we enjoyed our stay. However, I am disappointed the hotel didn’t refund me a night of stay as we need to leave a day earlier. We booked and paid for 5 nights started on September 12. We called on September 10 to cancel the last night stay. Was told I need to speak to the hotel upon approval. I attempted to speak to the hotel while I was there multiple times but hotel keeps telling us to contact our booking agency. They even charged the hotel tax for the night that we didn’t stay. I have demanded to get the night stay and tax refund but til this day the hotel has not get back to my agency as they said they would. They told my agency they will do so after I left to authorize the refund. Not very happy about it as we didn’t give them a last minute notice I cancelled the last night more than 5 days ago and I should have the full refund. I do not like the dishonesty from this hotel."

"It's an ideal location for the old town, very close to Franz Kafta's rotating head and Wenceslas Square. Hotel is clean, the rooms are very comfortable with all the usual amenities including a nespresso machine and TV. Breakfast was superb, really setting us up for the day. Hot dishes, breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, yoghurt, fruits, pastries, coffee machine with lots of different coffees. A lovely experience."

"Our stay was pleasant. Our suite was very clean. The bed pillows and sheets were very good, we slept wery well. The rooms are quiet. We never heard any noise from adjoining rooms or even the hallway. I didn't care for the wardrobe cabinet being outside the bedroom. Bathroom was spacious. Nice fluffy towels. The step into, or more accurately the "climb into" the tub/shower was very high. This was definitely a safety risk even after the hotel provided us with a rubber anti-slip mat for the tub upon our request. A safety grab bar by where one enters/exits the tub should really be considered. The room environment feels sterile and no warm feeling. It needs a better coffee table than just a tiny 2 glass table. The beakfast buffet was good and had a good assortment of pastries, omelette station, meats, fruits, and more. In house restaurant was alright. Location is good for transportation and attractions. I would stay again."
