Excellent location
I stayed at the Metamorphis excellent for 2 nights, the first of which was on the second floor of the pink colored building overlooking Tyn square. That had two king single beds and two fold-out sofabeds. The beds were comfortable enough, although the sofabeds were a little on the shorter side. I'm 6 feet tall and my legs were dangling over the edge. Otherwise, the room was spacious and pleasant. It was a little noisy until late in the night but it wasn't so much that I couldn't sleep. The second night, I stayed in room 824 of the main building. It had a separate bedroom so it gave me a bit more privacy. It had two king singles in the bedroom and one foldout single bed in the living room area. It didn't have much of a view but I could get a partial of the Tyn Cathedral from the bedroom window. Both rooms were air-conditioned well and the amenities and other aspects of the rooms were above average. But the best thing was indeed the location. It was close to Namesti Republiky which was where the Airport Express bus dropped us off so it was easy to get to. Also, it was right by the Tyn Cathedral so it was so easy to find. You just look up and search for the Cathedral and head in that direction to get to the hotel. Breakfast was nice as well. Staff was kind and spoke relatively good English so you shouldn't have much trouble on that front. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel to stay in Prague.
