These people treat us really badly. Expedia contacted them several times regarding moving our reservation to another week because someone in our party had Covid and we had to postpone the trip.
Expedia customer service contacted them at least three different times (while I was in the chat with them) and they always said that "the reservations people is gone for the day", it doesn't matter at what time you called them.
Three days before arriving I decided to contact them directly just to find out that "because of the short time advice you can't do anything". So basically they tell you always to call later until it is too late. Worst customer service ever, AVOID STAYING HERE.
