Absolutely phenomenal. It was aesthetic, comfortable, and directly in the heart of downtown! Communication was easy and responses were fast! I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Beautiful large and comfortable apartment in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Close to the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge as well as the central station and modern shops. Only complaint was that there was a strong smell in the drains of the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. But overall would definitely book again.

Beautifully designed and comfortable modern room in the centre of the old city. Seamless access with a code. The only thing to mention, when booking I've seen that the same type of room comes with either bar or table sitting, I've asked for a table sitting, never got a reply and in my assigned room there was bar sitting, so had to have my coffee in armchair instead.

Beautiful stay. Loved the secure feeling and location. The only problem we had was once we used the shower once it created a very bad chemical smell and made the room smell like mildew and chemical so we would air it out but other than that would say again

I think the best part of my trip to Prague was choosing this location which was close to all important historical locations in Prague. We rarely needed a Taxi and Prague is so far the best city I have ever visited in Europe.

Really great place to stay in Prague

Room was very spacious and tidy, and the location is brilliant with short walks to most of the main tourist locations. The kitchen is small but more than enough for a few days if you plan on cooking in your room My main complaints that prevented 5 stars are that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the ceilings are thin so that you can hear people walking around in the floor above really clearly.

Great location and a cute place, but the service was terrible. No staff on-site to help with check-in—three families were left waiting outside in the cold while trying to check in online. The staff was rude and unhelpful on the phone. The WiFi password was written extremely small on a paper near the TV. The room was cold even with the heater on due to “environmentally friendly” settings. Overall, poor service ruined what could have been a great stay.

Great Location and Value

Clean , easy to get to , great location, courtyard room was very quiet Only downside was weird sewer smell in the washroom but I think that's because it rained and Prague is a very old city

Excellent location and comfort stay. No staff on site but they reply pretty fast via email. Room is very comfy for three of us (one bed and a sofa bed outside). Each of us enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location to other visitors. Oh… towel is prepared for 2 only so be sure to communicate in advance if you need more than 2.
