The apartment was very nice. Great location. It was kind of different not having anyone onsite but it didn’t disrupt our trip. They offfered great referrals for storing luggage. Overall it was a lovely stay in a great city.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Town, and close to the Můstek subway stop. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and with very chic decor. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The AC does not really get as low as the temperature to which it is set, so I had to resort to sleeping with a window open to keep it cool enough. Without having a lobby or front desk personnel, it gets a little tricky if you have issues. For instance, on my 2nd day, my code worked to get me into the hallway for the elevator, but once I got to my room, the code wouldn’t function on the door. It took 10–15 minutes to get that resolved via phone. The building itself is not very secure, even at night, because the main entrance door gets left ajar by people coming in and out. Also, depending on what side of the hotel your room is located, it can be very noisy if you are on the main street side. My final night in Prague, there was a large group of people apparently having a party on the floor beneath me. I finally contacted the hotel through the messaging app at 1 AM to complain, to which they responded “our security should have stopped this sooner.” YES, they definitely should have. This hotel could be fantastic if they at least had somebody, even 1 person, on site to help with emergencies, key card issues, and just making sure people are not disturbing other guests.

Beautiful apartment - totally secure - everything we needed - super comfy bed - spotlessly clean - good shower - there was a odd smell in the bathroom at times but didn't impact us - lovely atrium and fab wee coffee shop at the door. Location is brilliant - would def stay again.

Centrally located and short walk to all the sights. Good restaurants, bars and shops all located within minutes. We had a standard apartment (308) with a comfortable king size bed, small seating area and good size kitchen. The bathroom was well designed and luxurious like the whole apartment. Check in process was easy to follow and well communicated. We left our bags on arriving at a sister venue which was a mere 5 minute walk to the apartment. Overall highly recommended.

A beautifully put together studio, ideally located for all the key attractions in old town Prague. Close to supermarkets too with a well equipped kitchenette. Very clean and in a well maintained building.

Superbe, I cannot recommend this property any higher. Amazing central location near to everything and yet once through the doors you are in your own world of tranquility. Stylish and spacious accommodation with all you could need. Have been telling all my friends about it, so they can enjoy it. Also, very reasonable which is always a plus. Loved it! Thank you, I hope to return.

The decor was beautiful and checking in was straight forward. The room was spotless as were the corridors leading to the rooms. Loved the massive queen sized bed, just the right firmness and lovely quality pillows. There were the usual amenities of soap, hand lotion, body wash and shampoo. The shower head was odd, it was waist height so washing hair was a challenge! The kitchen had salt, pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, a sponge and even some coffee pods for the Nespresso. There’s a Lidl round the corner and a Tesco around a 10 minute walk away. The supermarkets are catered to Czech customers but we loved the food so not a problem for us. We were able to connect our Netflix and Disney plus without issue and the WiFi also worked without issue. I did feel a little cold at times even though I had the temperature on 25 but I do easily feel the cold, my partner was fine. The location could not have been better. It was on a quiet street but a short walk to most must see tourist spots with a metro station a few minutes walk away. We loved Prague and will definitely be back and won’t hesitate to book The Botanist again!

Beautifully designed and comfortable modern room in the centre of the old city. Seamless access with a code. The only thing to mention, when booking I've seen that the same type of room comes with either bar or table sitting, I've asked for a table sitting, never got a reply and in my assigned room there was bar sitting, so had to have my coffee in armchair instead.

Great location and a cute place, but the service was terrible. No staff on-site to help with check-in—three families were left waiting outside in the cold while trying to check in online. The staff was rude and unhelpful on the phone. The WiFi password was written extremely small on a paper near the TV. The room was cold even with the heater on due to “environmentally friendly” settings. Overall, poor service ruined what could have been a great stay.
