The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - probably one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. The location was perfect - could walk to the Old Town in under 10 minutes, which was ideal for the Christmas Markets. The beds were comfortable and room was very quiet. If I ever go back to Prague then I'd 100% stay here again.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this hotel from every aspect. Unique environment, quiet with lovely piano music accompanying us for breakfast, great variety and quality for breakfast, excellent service, very tidy and spacious room, very kind people at the reception.
