Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. Walk to casco historico is 25 min, so whether it is convenient or not is up to you (certainly convenient to the univeristy, accross the street). Parking is reasonably priced, good fo rthose like us that are touring by car. Nice lobby area. Breakfast: mixed feelings; decent selection of food, decent quality. However orange juice was fermented, and staff woudl do nothing about it."
