"The resort is beautiful. You can’t go wrong where you stay. Staff lovely and helpful. Whilst there is something like 8 restaurants on campus they just don’t meet expectations at all for a Luxury hotel collection. Would love them to make a step change in lead chefs to fix. Maybe then avoid Half Board albeit I would say the region is not delivering high quality food either. Know this if this is your priority- go to another region. . We have a teenage son so it wasn’t pleasant to have children yelling and screaming all the time for the whole stay - at the pool, in hotel restaurants etc. whilst parents should control this, they utterly don’t and I would beg the resort to figure out a different approach. Eg “adult only pools etc. . We confess we’ll likely look to only stay at 16+ resorts in the future. That’s how prevalent kids screaming was. then you get charged extras at every corner - not ok. Half board daily allowance isn’t applied to drinks even water. Every activity there is extra. And they double charge. There is a 20 euro facility fee per day which overlaps with gym usage etc they should be embarrassed and amend. Very expensive for where it actually presents value (eg the tidiness of the resort). Not feeling worth it."

"Amazing location, and room with a view! Nice location to shops and restaurants, and a casino nearby as well. Food at the hotel was plentiful, lots of buffets. Hotel staff was exceptional is service. Food service staff was slow at times, but not to the point of complaints."

"Our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite on arrival and the staff in all areas (bar, restaurant, reception and Haute Living Room ) simply couldn’t do enough for you. Access to Haute Living Room sets this hotel apart from others. This our third stay here and I would say that this has been the best experience so far. We’ll be back!"

"Incredible property. Stunning beach with amazing lounge chairs— with availability even during peak season. Amazing breakfast. Fantastic restaurant/bar for lunch in the beach. Only downside was inconsistent and almost non-functioning housekeeping in hotel."

"We had a great stay at The Patio Suite Hotel. The two-bedroom suite was very spacious, which was perfect for a family and gave everyone plenty of room to relax. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. We also really appreciated the entertainment and activities for kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. The location worked well for us too. The beach is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy the Algarve coastline. Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly hotel with spacious accommodations, good food, and great entertainment. We would definitely recommend it to families visiting the Algarve."
