"Requested a certain room that we had previously on 2 other stays. Booked on hotels.com and then called the hotel to reassure we would get that room. Said no problem, until we checked in and not only didnt get that room, but having dogs we wanted a ground floor room. Didnt get that either. Will not be back there again."

"There are no business facilities but they have wifi and the room is comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The toiletries provided were good and rather than the little sample sizes they were full size. Our room had a fridge but no in room coffee so we had to get it from the cafe in the morning. "

"I will not be staying at this property again and I will 100% be back in this area. My room smelt of animal urine. My comforter had a large yellow stain on it that had a remnant urine smell. I switched it out for a different blanket. Luckily running the air conditioning a little helped to cycle the urine smell out of the room. "

"Always enjoy my stay here. It is a great small getaway place and everyone is so nice. Stayed in a smaller room the first time and for the price it was worth it, but when I stayed in the bigger room with the hot tub I loved the room. But there was some stains on the floor & one of the chairs that were a little concerning. The jets in the tub also seemed to have not been cleaned properly so I did not use. All in all I’d go with the smaller room then to pay as much as I did for the bigger one. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very homey and welcoming. Definitely will be back. "
