When we first arrived, the initial room provided had not been cleaned from prior guest. We were relocated to another room and staff apologized. Upon coming downstairs to get sheets for the hide a bed we realized that the pool was not functioning. This had not been communicated prior. The room's beds were not comfortable, the curtains torn, cracked mirror, and the grout in bathroom was in disrepair. Also, the elevator was a little sketchy. Sometimes the door would open repeatedly or would not close in an appropriate amount of time. The first morning we woke and the breakfast was not filled. When a staff member was asked to refill items he snapped at the entire room, syating there was not much time left anyway (there was an hour left). That night we returned to our hotel room and the card key no longer worked in the door. The room itself did not lock properly (this was not realized until checkout).
