"The hotel is nice, but small changes could make the stay truly amazing. It is really the garden that is beautiful and you can spend most of your time outside. The rooms are simple, but clean. The food is tasty, but the service takes time. The pool was not cleaned so we could not swim, if it was this would be great."

"The staff was quite unprofessional. The hotel provided a variety of meal choices while there were many guest lodging there. But, as the guest numbers decreased, they offered very to no meals at that point. You can not order any food or drinks after 8:00 p.m. Additionally, they do not provide washcloths or hand towels, only towels to clean yourselves up with. You're on your own clearly. "The accommodations were excellent. We appreciated Dorothy’s efforts to help us have a comfortable stay. There was some slight difficulty with communication regarding the airport shuttle so it’s important to turn your phone on right when you land. Also, the front desk is staffed by the apartment complex and communication with hotel staff is done on WhatsApp. When breakfast is included in the stay it’s brought to your room"
