Our booking had been upgraded to a family suite so we had plenty of space. It was great accommodation, very clean with everything we needed. Although we had a couple of problems with the air-conditioning and water however they went after the way to quickly resolve them. They were there within minutes and they were so very helpful and apologetic. We would definitely stay hereSuch lovely stuff.

Encontrar este magnífico hotel ha sido un oasis de paz y tranquilidad.Con un servicio inmejorable de 5 estrellas, todo el equipo recepción, restaurante, mozos, seguridad han superado cualquier experiencia previa en todo mi vida y soy una persona exigente.Las habitaciones necesitan algo de mantenimiento pero todo lo demás supera con creces. Una puesta de sol de privilegio en la hamaca o mesa privada, una piscina de piedra, menú degustación cada noche. Me he sentido en el Paraiso.Muchas gracias

Fint hotell med kvällssol

Mysigt ställe med stora rum. Rummet på markplan har en väldigt liten uteplats, inte så kul. Stort badrum med dubbla handfat, tyvärr endast takdusch. Fint poolområde med solsängar. Begränsad strand, trappa ner till vattnet. Kvällssol med solnedgång. God mat i restaurangen och bra service i övrigt. Med svenska mått mätt är detta ett 3-stjärnigt ställe.

Spectacular sunsets

Spectacular sunsets. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was lovely, the pool was great and nice beachfront view. Service in the restaurant was very slow and prices were expensive, with only 2 options on the menu for dinner. Breakfast was nice. Need more sun loungers though!

It was a very nice stay. Excellent location and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, this hotel is in a need of renovation and improvement in cleanliness. The room we stayed in had a mould on the bathroom ceiling. Lamps in the bedroom were also covered with mould and tick layer of dust. Paint on the bedroom ceiling was cracked. Doors around handles were dirty. Mosquito net was dusty. Air con looked mouldy. There was weird and loud sound coming from the pipes when we were flushing toilet. For the price hotel charges clients it should be spotless.

Trevligt rum som var rymligt. Trist frukost och buffé på kvällen. Varierande nivå på personalen, de i receptionen var bra, servitriserna direkt dåliga. Eroderad strand. Högt prisläge liksom på resten av Seychellerna.

Nettes Hotel, wobei man sagen muss, dass es sehr, sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert wurde... es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, schlecht gebaut bzw. ausgebessert. Der Pool ist klein. Das Personal ist am Anfang freundlich gewesen, bis wir (nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeptionschefin! ! ! ) an einem Abend uns nur setzen und etwas trinken wollten, nur die Kinder wollten etwas essen. Die Dame kam 10 Mal an unseren Tisch und wollte uns das (sehr überteuerte und minimalistisch kleine) Abendessen aufzwängen. Da wir aber auswärts bereits gegessen hatten, blieben wir dabei, nur Cocktails zu trinken. Dies ging überhaupt nicht... sogar der Koch kam heraus, sämtliche Angestellten kamen heraus und behandelten uns wie Schwerverbrecher. Später kam auch nochmal die Managerin, bei der wir uns vorher vergewissert haben, ob das denn in Ordnung sei, wenn nur die Kinder noch etwas essen. Abends war es dann so, dass die Angestellten um 21:10 die Bar schlossen und die Gäste mit den Worten: "you go now, we close" herauswarfen. Dies ist uns an 3 Abenden passiert. Es waren ca. 6 Gäste da, die gerne noch etwas getrunken hätten. Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr übersichtlich. Es gibt jeden Tag dasselbe. Immer die selbe Salami und denselben bereits alten, angetrockneten Käse, der furchtbar aussieht. Am letzten Tag haben wir uns dazu entschieden, das Frühstück ausfallen zu lassen und woanders einzunehmen, da es wirklich eine Zumutung ist, wenn man morgens die vertrockneten Croissants vom Vortag erhält.

Séjour à Praslin

Très belle chambre au calme. La restauration est cependant minimaliste et très chère. La plage n'est pas praticable par forte houle. A noter la présence d'un arrêt de bus bien pratique juste à la sortie de l'hôtel.

Disappointing

The rooms smelled strongly of mold. In the dining room, we were rudely awakened as we drank water from a water dispenser at dinner. It's like we're criminals. Contrary to what they promised was no children's playroom, no spa . in one room, no hot water, the service in the dining room was slow, not full of trays that emptied, and it was disappointing compared to the price we paid

Cerca del aeropuerto de Praslin

Muy dificil la comunicacion previa con el hotel. Estuvimos solo una noche porque llegabamos en el ultimo vuelo despues de un largo viaje y el hotel quedaba muy cerca del aeropuerto. El hotel es correcto, la habitacion era grande pero sin vista y el desayuno bueno (salvo q el jugo de naranja no era natural). Para pasar la noche, nos fuimos a la mañana siguiente, cumplio nuestras expectativas. Excelente recibimiento por parte del security a la noche.

The swimming pool is kinda nice. I was not happy with the restaurant because at night you have to wait one hour after your order, nobody tells you why... It’s really expensive for what it is

Hôtel très cher pour le service. Accueil décevant, suite avec vue sur l’allée et vis à vis direct avec les autres chambres, les WC ne fonctionnaient pas. Petit déjeuner commence à 7h30 mais à cette heure il n’y rien de prêt ! Nous devions partir pour 8h à l’aeroport, que le buffet n’etait Toujours pas installé. Évidemment aucune excuse ni explications. Nous avons onc payé un service sans pouvoir en profiter.

Pas mal mais pas digne d un 4 étoiles

C est un belle hôtel avec du personnel charmant Et serviable mais je met un gros bémol sur la propreté obligé d aller plusieurs fois à l accueil pour demander à ce que la chambre soit entièrement nettoyée ca Chez moi c est pas normal pour 4 étoiles de plus la plage et quasi impraticable beaucoup de rochers et très dangereuse pour ceux qui doivent restés à l hôtel c est dommage. Sinon je le répète le personnel et très sympathique et souriants
