No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. AC was not responding, land lines were down, and contact telephone number were no longer in service/reachable. Feeling uneasy with situation, we decided to...
"Pity that the restaurant is nog open anymore but enough good alternatieve close by. But as a hotel it is excellent. Good rooms, clean, silent and nice staff. Also sitting in the garden is very nice"

"We loved the room and amenities, every was well appointed and beautifully decorated. There’s a nice restaurant at the corner as well. Hotel even offers shuttle services to and from the train station, 5 euros, I'm wish w knew this when I couldn’t book a cab on my arrival, just call the Hotel."

"I did a mother daughter trip with my 13 year old. We loved this hotel as it was clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff are very kind and we loved the little shuttle guy. If your looking to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Venice and want a nice pool this is ur place. The hotel has a shuttle to the train and it's 2 stops into Venice. Takes about 30 minutes by train and costs 7.90 euro for 2 ppl. The breakfast was delicious, huge variety and very fresh. Only downfall is the pool closes at 8pm. "
