"This was a great hotel in a perfect location. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were incredibly cozy. We also loved the breakfast selection. Highly recommended for a one night stay!"

"We chose this hotel because it was in easy reach of the Old Town and the main shopping street. The room was superb and very spacious, we had a huge comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with a great shower. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was parking nearby and if you went to a storey ending with a B, a lift brought you up to street level, right in front of the hotel. This was chargeable but very convenient. The only downside side was that the restaurant menu was very limited for a vegetarian. There was one main dish which wasn’t really to our liking, so we ate out, intending to eat at the hotel the following day. However, when we went to the restaurant, the same menu was being served all week! Luckily, there were several good restaurants in walking distance. There was also a Tram Stop right outside the hotel. We would certainly stay at this hotel when visiting Tours in the future!"

"Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast as there are some lovely patisseries in the town."

"Wknd breakfasts start late: 8;30 and I am already out the door. AND rooms don't have coffee or tea setups but do have kitchens? Pool and fitness center also had limited hours. Wanted to do an AM swim but it opened AFTER breakfast? Location was good and thankfully there is a grocery next door."

"We received a friendly welcome from the staff on arrival at City Résidence Tours. The room was clean and well kept. There was working air-conditioning, which we were grateful for as there was a heatwave during our stay. The air-conditioning occassionally made odd noises, but continued to work well for the period of our stay. The cooking area was clean and well enough equipped for our stay, but was compact. There were two local mini-markets that served our needs for supplies well during our stay. City Résidence Tours is very convenient for Tours railway station, and we also found it was walkable, about 25 minutes, from Saint-Pierre-des-Corps railway station. The historic centre of Tours and the Loire are walkable from City Résidence Tours. We took breakfast at City Résidence Tours, once, our final day, before taking the nexy leg of our journey. The breakfast room was clean and tidy with a good range of breakfast foods."
