The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. "This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."

"Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding."
