"Great facility with a grewt staff!"

"The staff at check-in and checkout were very friendly. I appreciated that my room had a fridge and microwave. Even though I didn’t use them this trip, I always appreciate hotels that offer them. The breakfast voucher was a very nice perk and the staff were very friendly. Also, we ate at the restaurant for dinner with a large party and everyone was completely satisfied with their meal…from salads, to fish, to pasta, it was all so delicious. The bread was also very good. My only suggestion is: if the muffins and pastries setting in the main thoroughfare hall are not complimentary, please attach a sign on them with a price. That will keep people from being embarrassed. But I must say, after we helped ourselves to them and they later let us know that they were not complimentary, they did allow us to enjoy the ones we took at no cost. This only happened once and once we knew, we would not have ever taken advantage. One more thing, there was a note on the desk in my room from the maid, that I inconveniently saw only AFTER I got out of the shower, that the hair dryer did not work and yet it had not been replaced. When I went to call the front desk for accommodation, there was nothing on the phone to help me to know what button was for the front desk. I pressed “0” and there was no answer. Therefore, I had no hairdryer available when I really needed it. "

"This is a great old hotel. The room I had was small but it was part of the charm. The staff were friendly and willing to help with any needs you had. They had live music in the bar on a Monday night. I would definitely recommend a stay here."

"The room was just okay. Beds were very uncomfortable, and creaked with every movement. There were barely any outlets in the room, we had to unplug the phone and lamps just to have 4 outlets to charge our cellphones overnight. I wouldn't stay here again, and was glad to only stay one night."

"We stayed just for the night in a single queen room, and I was not super impressed for the price point. We were passing through and most hotels in the area we wanted to stop around were $100/night or more, but we decided on the Days Inn as it showed a photo of a full breakfast with meat and eggs, only for us to arrive and be informed that they didn’t serve that, but the Denny’s would give us a 15% discount. The room was fine and appeared clean, but the housekeeper wasn’t even thorough enough to notice the last guests had left a tip in the designated envelope. The A/C was very noisy and we could hear everyone around us. The shower head was not great and barely high enough to suit me at 5’3”. The only thing to write home about was that the ice machine had pellet ice and a water bottle filler, which we very much appreciated."

"Bright, clean rooms and public spaces. Good complementary breakfast offering. Nice views from the room. Convenient to downtown Cottonwood and not too far from Sedona. Highly recommend."
