In particular, Sue, made out stay that much more comfortable. She helped me setup champagne, roses, and chocolate in our room before our arrival which I was able to surprise the wife with for our honey moon. However, even though we arrived on time during the reception, it was handled with a late check-in without any further contact. I ran not to be late. There was no one at the reception and they didn't contact me. And the shower in the master room broke down and could not be used.”
