“This was a wonderful place that I would go back to every time I come to Sulmona. Roberto and Giuseppe were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. If I could give this place six stars I would!”

“Spectacular. Amazing staff. Very accommodating even with special requests. Amazing restaurant. Food. People. Magnificent stay. ”

“Staff were really nice and helpful. The outside looks old and so does the entrance, however, the rooms are modern and extremely clean. There’s nothing missing! I would definitely come back! Danilo was helpful and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and work hard. Italian Breakfast was amazing !!!!”

“Charming little hotel with amazing views of the mountains and a wonderful breakfast overlooking the valley.”

“Walking distance to center”

“We started our visit with a little trouble becausespaciousnesos of the bather we didn't have a functioning phone, so we relied on another resident of the apartment building to get us inside. Once that was taken care of, we were confused about the Mountain View we expected. Our host, however, made certain that those little issues were quickly and kindly taken care of. If you are thinking of booking with this host: DO IT! The apartment we had was great. It was super clean, laid out very nicely...

“very convenient, modern place with easy access to cafes, restaurants, right in the middle of town..”

“Chambre relativement spacieuse, salle de bain bien aménagée avec une grande douche. Climatisation. Grand parking. Petit déjeuner assez succinct avec malgré tout l'essentiel. La piscine et la zone alentour mériteraient un coup de remise en état et de l'archer. Le personnel est sympathique et agréable. Situation idéale pour rayonner.”

“The accommodations and staff were lovely. Would come again!”

“Il nostro soggiorno nella struttura è stato perfetto. Consigliatissimo!”

“Camera caldissima... condizionatore rotto. Cambio camera... condizionatore fisso a 24°. Quasi come essere al polo nord! Questo l'inizio. La struttura è chiaramente vetusta per non dire decadente, nelle camere le sedia avevano ancora la plastica protettiva... La TV non funzionava, il bagno era pessimo, aveva un mobiletto pensile di plastica anni 50 ad altezza bambino.”

“Wonderful experience!”

“Struttura direttamente all'entrata del centro storico, ben curata, personale super gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona e variegata. Ottima la vista della montagna dalla nostra camera. Consigliatissimo”

“Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The dinner—prepared by the hosts themselves—was fantastically delicious. The hosts were kind and very helpful!”

“I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

“Wonderful location right by the main square. Well maintained and very clean. However, the best part about this hotel is the people who run it. We had the best experience right from the start. Everyone was very helpful, warm, and just a joy to be around despite some language barrier. We’d happily return if we visit this area again. Thank you!”
