"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "Not as advertised! The roof leaked so much the entire bedroom got flooded! All our stuff got soaked. At some points there was NO WATER (This outside of when the electricity didn't work). It was also very noisy as the tree kept slamming the tin roof at night. Depending on your preference the mattresses are all quite hard. The wifi didn't work even though it said connected. "
