"Service is top notch. Owners and staff are very friendly and aim to please. It snowed one night when we were there. Upon waking in the morning, the parking lot was plowed of course, but they even shoveled between each car! Breakfasts are wonderful. Rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the afternoon cookies and the surprise nightcap. You cannot help but enjoy your stay. You will feel like you gained new friends/family."

"My gf and I love it her but unfortunately the tv in the room wasn’t really working well at all. Kept freezing. Also had burn damage which didn’t seem right to me seeming as in it’s such a beautiful hotel. It probably would only cost $200 or less to replace the tv. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay as usual/ and will definitely come back as usual!"

There had been so many changes that we were missing a different day on each of the rooms. They sorted it all and fixed the problems without overcharging us. There were minor problems with the rooms we had - no heat in one, no hot water in another, a pullout sofa with someone’s snack all crumbled beneath the cushions and no bedding, and a serious leak in the kitchen...
