프라이어 레이크, 미네소타의 스파가 있는 리조트 및 호텔

“Cool”

“Clean; friendly and helpful staff; excellent food and cocktails; excellent location. I wish that the hot tub, sauna, etc. were available without requiring a spa service or additional fees.”

“I travel quite a bit, and have never been at a hotel where Room Service comes around before 8am. I was shocked and as a female traveling alone, I was a little scared that anyone was knocking on my door that early.”

“Dead mouse in the hallway, live cockroaches in the room bathroom. They were more worried about the dead mouse than the live cockroaches. We did not get the handicapped accessible room we needed for the first of the night we stayed and then they at least moved us to an accessible room after the first night, but the 2nd and further nights we were moved to an accessible room later on. Even the accessible room was not really accessible as you could not get a wheelchair between the end of the bed...

“Lobby & atrium were very nice. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room was dated. Same furniture & carpet from 40 years ago. Bed rolled you to the middle and was not comfortable. I could listen to people in the next room talking. Not yelling, just talking. Many rooms do not have a microwave and ours did not. They did deliver one at my request though. Did not eat there but menu looked overpriced. I'm sure it's still a great place to hold a conference, but I'll not stay there again...
