"This hotel was very nice and the staff at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. I felt the pictures online did not seem like some parts of the hotel. Although the lobby, dining area, bar, and new elevators were all great, the guest rooms were a bit outdated. They were very clean, but I felt they needed some updating. I also had hoped to get in the whirlpool, but there was not one, nor the pool, which was closed for the season. Otherwise, this hotel was very nice and in such a nice area of the city with spectacular views of the water and mountains as well as walking distance to the city for shopping or dining."
