“Fundamentally a large (busy) pool with a hotel attached. Strange smell pervades common parts. Functional rather than opulent. Bright lighting everywhere. Small, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Small lifts too, lengthy waits to change floors. Mostly clean but we encountered a few unwelcome hairs in the bath, and the hot water was not very hot! Unappetising breakfast which we declined, but they tried charge us nethertheless. So an average experience which we will not be...

“Très contente! Propre et historique et chaleureux comme hotel!”

“Good location easy to travel.”

“The property was surreal from start to finish. The pool, the tennis courts, the fruit/veg trees and plants, everything. A fridge in the room would have been nice but minor stuff. We wish we had more time there! Thank you.”

“Very friendly little hotel in a beautiful little resort- the sunsets on the beach were magical. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. My visit was during a hot few days in August so parking was a bit of a pain ( I ended up 10 minutes away up a hill) and the nights were a bit hot with no AC but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would stay again. There is a v handy bus service to Deauville for those of us who like horse racing!”

“My husband didn’t like having to go up 60+ stairs to our room and he found the bed a bit ‘lumpy’. We didn’t have breakfast as we left at 6.30 am to catch the ferry. Stair carpet looks tired and ready for replacement. Conveniently located for the ferry port and near to the beach front. Plenty of restaurants offering good menu choices in the area.”
