Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. “A lovely place to stay in Louisville. Ideal location if coming for themShakespeare festival in nearby Central Park or a morning stroll at Saint James Court. Parking was not a problem. The house is beautifully furnished but the small rooms are not well suited for reading or meeting people. My bedroom was simple but comfortable. The kitchen is convenient. “Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.”
