"We just had a week here and could not fault anything , very clean hotel and accommodation, I read on reviews about needing modernisation, the rooms used to be self catering but aren’t now so yes the kitchen area is a little outdated but can’t see how that affects your holiday, I also read the food was cold and repetitive, well we didn’t find this once and loved the food, I think people just moan for the sake of moaning. "Apartment 1 was more than we could have hoped for. It was an easy check in and once we arrived the apartment was equipped with every amenity that you could need, like a home away from home. There are beach towels and a cool box for trips out. Each room is ensuite, with a kitchen/dinning/living room. The balcony is huge with a hot tub, sun loungers, bar area, seating area and table tennis. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back "

"Okej boende med bra läge i Pernera! Nära flera bra restauranger och en välsorterad Supermarket mittemot hotellet. Finns också en bra engelsk pub. Tyvärr dålig Wifi men vår Studio som vetter mot den fina poolen hade sköna sängar och AC:en rätt placerad i studion! Det finns en fin strand Pernera beach på gångavstånd🏖️ OBS! Det finns inga mindre strandbarer med billigare enklare mat vid stranden utan köp med baguetter+drick från super market! "

"Great villa and location. Just a stones throw from the protaras "strip" but situated in a nice quiet residential area. Lidl, a two minute walk. Facilities good and everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Loved the area as great restaurants, beautiful coastal walk and great water sports for the kids. "After our first review at Expedia the first day of our arrival stating our complaints and disappointments, the staff told us that if we informed them about it they could respond to it without the need of making a bad review about their hotel. Anyhow, they did actually respond to all of our complaints making our stay there more pleasant. The location of the property is very convenient. Few minutes walking distance to the beach, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets."

"Отличное место, тихое, на при этом в 5 минутах ходьбы фиг три и центральная улица Протараса. Русскоязычные представители на рецепшене практически всегда. Ресторан никакой- не рекомендую. Свой спуск к воде - спускаться по ступенькам, наверху бесплатные лежаки. Большие просторные номера. Уборка удовлетворительная. Это апартаменты , а не отель - есть кухня в номера. Радует запас продуктов , подаренный при въезде. Рекомендую брать номера с видом на море. Бесплатный Wi-Fi только на рецепшене....

"We chose the Sunrise Beach for a couple of reasons and it did not disappoint. Location: we wanted somewhere with beach access and close to restaurants and shops. It was perfect for this. Also walking distance to Fig Tree Beach was a bonus. Protaras is a lovely town with good nightlife, plenty of interesting shops and restaurants. Kids loved it. Food: we went half board which included one night at each of the 5 affiliated restaurants. These were all excellent and far better than the onsite buffet restaurant. The food at the onsite restaurant was fine, but the service is chaotic and drinks are far too expensive. We would do breakfast only if we stayed again for longer than 5 or 6 nights. Make sure you book the restaurants as soon as you arrive to get the slots you want, same day bookings are not possible. Pool: pools are nice but the outside ones are not heated in October and kids said they were too cold to use. Inside pool is heated but very small. Beach/sea is lovely so we didn’t really need the pools. Sunloungers: you get assigned sunloungers for the duration of your stay which is nice but location choice is poor if the hotel is full. We only used our assigned ones once and the rest of the time we went to the beach and paid extra for ones there. "

"Amazing hotel, would have no reservations recommending or to visit again. Breakfast is incredible and service is impeccable. The team overseeing the breakfast are a credit to this hotel. Pool and views of the sea are stunning. Room spotlessly clean. Pool bar fab. All the restaurants close by or associated with the hotel are magnificent. "

Some nice local bars and restaurants if you want to try the local food as we did for one night , lovely small close beach. We couldn’t fault anything as I said. Thanks for a lovely stay "
