My initial room was a dump. The manager stepped right in relocated me to a very nice room and I am so very appreciative for his hospitality. This room was very up to par. In addition the manager was extremely kind that made up for the last room.

The parking was easy and convenient, but the hotel felt a bit worn and the first room that we were given had hair on the bathroom counter. They immediately gave us a new room that was clean, so the person working the counter did great. Overall, it was fine. They could do a better job cleaning but everything else was ok.

Shop inside, it was very convenient to have a shop right downstairs. The staff were very kind, respectful and accommodating, my phone died and my charger wasn’t working they kindly provided me with one. It made me very happy and felt safe staying at this property and it’s right close to the airport so very convenient.
