The staff were friendly & the breakfast was good with different hot entrees each day. There were nail holes & unpainted areas in the room where pictures had been taken down. The pool & hot tub were broken and we have not yet been reimbursed our security deposit.

The front desk staff were polite. The ice machine was broken, were instructed to go to upper floors to get ice. Planned to use the washer and dryer to do laundry prior to flying home, but both washers were out of order. Finally, while my husband and I were watching tv, the right side bedside table suddenly fell off the wall! Bed was comfortable, though 😀

I was wary after reading mixed reviews. My room on the 5th floor was very nice. The only issues were the bathtub draining very poorly and the sink not having warm water. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and quiet.

Website must have been designed by a realtor. We had to go back to the website just to verify the pictures of the rooms were close to what we stayed in. We arrived around 6pm and were leaving the next early the next morning. If we had intended any longer of a stay, we would have not checked in here. This property was very, very tired. Deferred maintenance through the room and rest of the hotel. Beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels clean. But all the rest was down hill. The “closet” was a shelf unit minus the shelves attached to the bedroom wall. The furniture could have been second hand and the couch was a single futon.

Very nice hotel but the Hampton Standard is above and beyond the norm! The room was adequate. Nancy front desk attendant was very helpful and accomodating in that she made an impromptu arrangement go smoothly Breakfeast is always outstanding and adeqiate! I’m an early riser and eat a robust Breakfeast daily! Room temperature was good seeing we were in a four day Heat Wave and I arrived on the 3rd day! I enjoyed my stay!

Room: The workmanship in the rooms was unfinished; window shades difficult to operate, Ice machine not working on our floor. Furniture doors didn't stay closed. TV didn't work and was not fixed as promised. Limited parking lot lightning.

Hampton Inn is a good brand and I have stayed in various locations. This one is particular awful by design. One cannot fully down the window draper so I had to sleep with lights from street lamps. The bath room is stupidly designed. It has no bath tubs but only a standing shower. This is not a problem. But there is no barrier on the floor of the shower and the entire bathroom floor is tilted to the other end. After a shower, the toilet side of the room is literally flooded. Everything in the bath room is cheaply made. The hanging door cannot even be fully closed and wobbles. The Hampton Inn brand should physically inspect this location. PS Staffs are amazing.
