This resort was exceptional. Staff was outstanding very warm, welcome cheerful great service accommodations was definitely outstanding by concierge Patrick and Bruce and housekeeping Maureen went above and beyond. Lobby desk was warm and attentive as well. Dinning was amazing infinity restaurant bar had great food and service. Great ambience great vibes great singing to help that suitable vibe. Breakfast at grill was on point good options and great service. Server Sonny was great, warm friendly, attentive and funny. Grace Bay Beach was great beautiful clear blue waters nice clean beach cabanas, chairs, drinks and umbrellas are available the free non motorized water sports for use were unavailable at times due to windy and wave conditions sometimes but the staff was professional. Adult Pool area layout could have been a little bigger and renovated. Yet overall due to exceptional service, food and property options this is well worth the stay highly recommend as we stayed at many 5 star resorts including the all inclusives in many places. Well done thanks for great time!

Every thing was perfect - the staff especially. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Room was so nice and comfortable. Clean, updated, perfect. Both our room attendants and our concierge guys made sure we were well taken care of. My husband used the gym and loved it. Our vacation was so peaceful. I think there y a lot people at the resort but it never felt crowded at all. We never waited long for anything. But the star was the beach and the water. The views from GBC were perfect. I loved this resort and would go back over and over!

Everyone from Fredna to the beach staff made our stay marvelous. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. The room was clean and very detail oriented. They made me and my girlfriend feel like we were family. Definitely highly recommend and will be coming back

Truly a five star resort in all respects located on a beautiful part of the Grace Bay beach. Positives: The property is beautiful, with gorgeous natural surroundings and a prime location on Grace Bay. The beach is stunning, the grounds are well maintained, and the setting truly feels special and relaxing. We would also like to specifically recognize Antonio, who was consistently professional, warm, and attentive. His service genuinely felt five-star, which unfortunately wasn’t the case with the rest of the staff. Areas for improvement: The main issue was service consistency and follow-through. While no single problem was major, there was a recurring need to follow up on basic requests, and service often felt reactive rather than proactive. At this price point, guests should not feel the need to manage or chase service. Dining and small details were also inconsistent — for example, an expensive steak arrived undercooked and had to be sent back, and a simple birthday candle request was missed. Individually minor, but together they detract from the luxury experience. We also spoke with other guests who shared similar impressions regarding inconsistent attentiveness. Practical note: Expedia photos may not reflect the actual view, so request a specific view in advance if it matters to you. Resolution: After speaking with management, dinner charges were waived, which we appreciated and felt was handled professionally. Overall: A beautiful resort in an incredible location, but service consistency needs improvement to fully justify the luxury pricing.
