Loved our stay here! Clean and comfortable and on the most beautiful beach. So easy to walk to restaurants and shops. It is in a quiet location. If you are looking for a party atmosphere or a resort atmosphere with people catering to you then this is not the place for you. This is more like a hotel.

On the plus side, the hotel is beautifully positioned on the beach at Grace Bay and our room had a lovely view over looking the ocean. The shops and restaurants are a walkable distance and you can park your car for free on site. We found Sam on reception friendly and helpful. What we hadn’t fully appreciated is that there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel at all so, we needed to eat out every day which became very expensive as T&K is not cheap to dine out. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room but zero prep space so that wasn’t really a workable kitchen area.

Great place to stay. Beautiful Grace bay view from balcony for eating breakfast and plentiful beach chairs available. Room was clean and nice to have a small kitchenette. Staff were great and helpful. Easy 5-10 walk to all the store and restaurants and 15 min walk to grocery store. Some noise when on the balcony from the construction next door but could not hear it from the room with sliding door closed. My wife and I would decently stay again.

My wife and I stayed at Le Vele Resort for her birthday, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is absolutely perfect—right on Grace Bay Beach with some of the most beautiful turquoise water we’ve ever seen. The beach was never overcrowded, and the complimentary loungers and umbrellas made relaxing effortless. Our suite was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with breathtaking ocean views. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Every interaction felt genuine, and they went out of their way to make our visit special. One of the things we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. Unlike the larger resorts, Le Vele offers a more intimate and relaxing experience while still being within walking distance of excellent restaurants, shops, and everything Grace Bay has to offer. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool area was quiet and inviting, and waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean was unforgettable. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing beach vacation, or simply one of the best places to stay in Turks and Caicos, Le Vele is an outstanding choice. We can’t wait to return.

Quiet, safe, and clean property. Plenty of space on the beach without having to worry about finding a spot or be around crowds of people. Walkable to downtown area with restaurants and shops. I would stay here again!

This was the most incredible resort. Very quiet - felt like we had our own private beach! The staff are wonderful and helpful. It's within walking distance to coffee shops and amazing restaurants. Le Vele was a piece of paradise. Absolutely amazing. When we go back, we'll be staying there again!

Le Vele is truly a slice of heaven on earth. Situated in the center of all the restaurants, shops and hotels in Grace Bay -- you can get to just about anything by foot if you go right or left when you exit their door. Beyond that, the stretch of ocean the property sits on is pristine, perfect and QUIET. There was no race for chairs or chaos. Very few people even from the property by the water. Just you, the sand, and the ocean. Pure relaxation. The water is perfect for swimming and the sun is perfect for tanning. Joshua by the beach was so kind, always making sure everything was ok. Sam at the front desk is a superstar and makes you feel like you're at home with family and friends. She is so kind, thoughtful and helpful with any questions. Clayton and Lisa were both so lovely and sweet as well. The staff is incredible and the energy is much more genuine and personal versus a large chain hotel. I was in a studio suite facing, room 302 which had the most spectacular view of the ocean. It was spacious bright and well appointed with so many towels and products. The room was immaculately clean upon arrival which isn't easy when you're so close to the beach and the sand travels so easily. A perfect long weekend and I cannot wait to go back again and bring others along. Thank you for an awesome time team Le Vele!

We had a fantastic time at La Vele. The staff were all extremely helpful, the property is gorgeous, the rooms well kept, and the private beach is one of the nicest spots on Grace Bay and never crowded. My only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable and I woke up stiff most mornings. Aside from that, perfection.

There are no words sufficient enough to describe how incredible our stay was here, mostly because of the manager Clayton. He was so warm and welcoming and was always available to us if/when we needed something. Our rooms were gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. The beach was lovely and we were grateful for Joshua who helped us with our chairs. This is also centrally located. A 5-10 min walk to town or just hop on one of the hotels free bikes and go. Lovely, lovely place. It is only lacking in no available restaurant or bar but it is right next door to a place that does! Thanks so much to all of you guys!

Beautiful property & location, but disappointing due to construction next door and how the situation was handled. Le Vele has an excellent location and our oceanfront unit was spacious with amazing views. Unfortunately, there’s major active construction right next door. We stayed in Unit W403. Be sure to ask about the current construction status before booking. Sam may tell you it’s no problem. We also struggled with sleep because there are only sheer curtains. I get that resorts can’t control neighboring properties, but the biggest disappointment was a ton of vacation time spent trying to resolve the situation. We were encouraged to “give it a try”, offered a smaller room on a lower floor that wasn’t comparable to what we booked, and spent hours working with the front desk, management and Expedia to find a resolution. Sam at front desk was resistant to our concerns. When we finally connected with manager Clayton Thomas, the discussion was much more difficult than expected and required significant persistence to the point of arguing. In the end, he approved a refund for unused nights. Overall, Le Vele is a beautiful property, but guests should ask for current construction updates before booking and be aware of potential push back if there are issues with their stay.

Great location and perfect size. We were there peak week (xmas and new yers) and it was not crowded due to the limited overall number of rooms. Property was well kept and there were always towels and chairs on the beach. No need to scramble out there to "mark your territory" each morning. Our room was very small. Albeit it was a studio and the sq ft was reasonable, but the layout was very inefficient, which made the living area much smaller. Further, we had a small child with us and we were told in advance we could get a cot, but upon arrival, they said they do not provide in studios. This was annoying, but manageable. The room was clean, but simply small (even for two). The pool was also very cold and well under nighttime ambient air temperature. It was not in the shade, so it was as if they chilled it on purpose. The pool was also HEAVILY chlorinated to the point of painful eyes and nose. The cold pool kept this from 5 stars as we could get over the small size of the room, but the pool was disappointing -- and given it was always empty, mgmt should maybe figure that out. Note there is no restaurant or bar on site, but you can easily walk to other nearby hotels. This was a good trade in order to keep the crowd down. If the pool were on the ocean side and not frigid, this would be 5 stars and absolute gem.

The property is amazing. Located right on the beach in Grace Bay. Our room was excellent. Very spacious and comfortable with a semi- wrap around patio that offered privacy and wonderful ocean views. The staff warmly welcomes you and very accommodating. While the property does not have on dining, you are only minutes away in walking to a number of places.

Great property, walkable to shopping and some restaurants. The condo was clean and modern. The staff were all great, friendly and helpful. The beach was quiet and calm, which we enjoyed.

An absolutely fabulous place for a quiet, enjoyable, relaxing vacation! We were in walking distance to Graceway Gourmet grocery store, restaurants, boutiques and gift shops! The staff was amazingly helpful, rooms extremely clean, and we felt so comfortable! My husband and I will definitely be back! Thank you Le Vele Resort for making our vacation so special!

This property was absolutely perfect for us, not only for what it offered, but for all the things we were NOT looking for: crowds, noise, a pool full of screaming kids, overt food waste, nickel & diming around every corner, etc. At Le Vele we got peace & quiet, free bike rental, beach walks to great restaurants, amazing views, clean swimming pool, in-room fridge/freezer/microwave and help from staff who were always present but never in-your-face. This place was perfect for us and I would absolutely go back again. I hope the rest of the buffet-craving, ritzy-resort crowds don't!

Comfortable - But Not Really a Resort

Le Vele is more like a condo complex than a resort. They have a pool and rooms, but no bar or restaurant. It is small and comfortable - and nice for what it is, but we selected it because of the description of being a boutique resort. There is a front desk and they can answer a few basis questions, but they are not like a true concierge either. The rooms are comfortable. Very basic. No overhead light - so you can't read in bed or at night. They do have nightstands with lamps, but the room is pretty dark otherwise. The description said they have washers and dryers in the rooms, but ours did not. Overall, it's great as along as you understand what you are getting. It is not at all like a resort with any of the amenities. Their beach area small, but hardly anyone was there - so we thought it was great.
