"This hotel was nice. The girls at the front desk and bar were very friendly, The only thing I would suggest is to allow guests to check in as soon as their room is ready. Check in is 3:00, but if guest arrive and room is readyit would be nice to ne able to go to the room.People were waiting for a room and the line was backed up because they didn’t want to pay extra to get in earlier then 3."

"The location of this historic hotel was great. Access to the waterfront and all the pubs at that level of Cobh. Being historic means it wasn't always like a modern North American hotel, but the charm more than made up for any minor issues. The breakfast and on premises pub was awesome."

"The hotel was first class with a very large room and a large bathroom. It was clean, comfortable and warm and I slept well. While I did not eat in the hotel my friend said the breakfast was first class. Dingle was a really beautiful town with a large choice of restaurants of pubs, cafes and bars and I hope I will go back at some point. The drive to Dingle as also excellent ith stunning scenery. I will also mention the receptionist who greeted us with a beautiful, was helpful, obliging, professional and was the example of the perfect customer care approach. She was on the desk when we arrived and when we left and she left a hugely positive impression on us which is great for the hotel and the town."

"Beautiful hotel. Reception and check were lovely. Staff greeted us with a welcome shot and were very friendly. Room is clean and very stylosh. Small, but has everything you need. Had a drink in the bar upstairs. Service was very slow, but otherwise lovely. "
