Nice room but a little noisy. Parking is first come first serve, so that can get tricky if you come back late. I didn’t like the sliding doors on the bathroom because although they are pretty, it feels less private and it’s large and bulky. Breakfast was good, staff was so nice and the location is convenient.

Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We loved the ease of parking and location of hotel as we left the car and walked everywhere easily. The outdoor jacuzzi is also a plus. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again.

The staff was welcoming and informative. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious could have been a little warmer, but it was still good. The hotel itself was in a good location in Provo. Highly recommend Pinguino's gelato and Hruska's.
