"Clean rooms, very helpful staff. Breakfast was not great. Food was soggy and juice watered down. Sausage was rubber. Egg omlet very soggy and the hashbrowns very spicy. Stay was great food not so much. "

"This was our first time staying at the Aloft in Providence, but hopefully not our last. We want to give a special shout-out to Ariel who greeted us so warmly when we first arrived. He was so friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by his professionalism and sincerity! The room was immaculate (thank you to housekeeping), the bed was awesome, and we loved the view from our room. We attend shows at the PPAC regularly throughout the year, and whenever possible, we like to spend the night. The Aloft’s proximity to the theatre is perfect!! We really hope we can return again soon. "
