"The hotel was Clean and the breakfast had a large selection. Water pressure in shower was not great. But location to airport and some places to eat not bad."

"The check-in process was impressively smooth, and the lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and resourceful, assisting me with all my questions efficiently. The room was pristine, with spotless linens and a comfortable bed, and I appreciated that the floor I was on was notably quiet, allowing for a restful stay. I only wish there had been more entertainment options available, such as a TV with a broader selection of channels or on-demand services, and a greater variety of nearby restaurants offering dine-in options to enhance the dining experience. Aside from these minor inconveniences, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay again in the future."

"I normally don’t leave reviews, but this stay at the Hilton Providence was beyond disappointing. Paying over $1,000 for a stay only to arrive and discover the property was under major construction with little to no clear disclosure beforehand felt incredibly misleading. It was nestled in a hard to find spot. Parking was a nightmare because of the construction some days we couldn’t get out or in… or reach the desk as the call button was NOT working, there was only ONE working elevator for the hotel, multiple amenities were unavailable, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was out. For the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. I booked through Expedia and received little to no meaningful support or resolution despite these very real issues impacting the stay. They wanted me to leave to compensate me after traveling 13+ hours and being out of the 1K upfront plus deposit. Travelers deserve transparency before booking. Had I known the extent of the construction, lack of amenities, elevator limitations, and AC issues, I absolutely would have chosen another hotel. Buyer beware."
