The location is excellent - easy walking in downtown Providence. The staff are great and the rooms are clean and maintained. My only quibble is the "city view" room on the second floor provided not much of a view. Also, there is a small table in the room, but no chair (an uncomfortable bench too ...

Hotel Providence
The hotel was dingy looking, the room had paint peeling and the shower/tub was hard to use due to poor maintenance. Multiple lights were broken.
