“This apartment is appalling. In fact, we arrived a few minutes early. As the cleaning was not done, we came out to wait. No one ever came to clean even 30 minutes after check-in time. The apartment was sal and didn't look like the pictures. It was dark with unclean curtains in the windows. There was a bad smell in the apartment.
