Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good.

Staff was friendly and helpful, general areas were clean for the most part, room was nice. Pool hours were frustrating — 9am-9pm.
