"We stayed there over Thanksgiving and went shopping on Black Friday. The location was excellent, and we even received a complimentary latte from the hotel. The service was outstanding—if we visit Providence again, we will definitely stay there."

"While I was very happy with the comfort, pool area and adjoining restaurant I was bit surprised that there was no airport shuttle. That, however was my fault for not confirming if there was one. What concerned me was that the front desk person suggested I (a lone female with two suitcases) walk to the airport at 3:30 in the morning to catch my 5am flight and proceeded to show me what street to walk down to cut through a parking garage….I took an Uber and it was a five minute drive. There is no way I could have walked it in the middle of the night. I googled mapped a walking route and it was 25 minute walk. Staff should not be suggesting people walk it. I can only imagine if some confused person took that walk, ending up lost or late for their flight or worse. "

"People above were throwing dice on the floor stomping their feet and it sounded like they were fighting. Staff was afraid to speak to them. It was during a snowstorm and they didn’t have security staff. I complained till 4:30am and the staff called in front of me. They did quiet down at that point. Tiny refrigerator and lacking a microwave. Beds were comfortable janitorial staff were great. One girl at the desk was obnoxious throughout the stay. Mentioned the to manager when he arrived didn’t seem surprised and didn’t respond after when I asked him to ask the attendant that dealt with the people throwing the 10:30-4:30am party. "

"Not a fancy hotel but very clean, comfortable, and updated while being very reasonable price-wise. "

"Staff are wonderful and very, very helpful, very clean room, the amenities could use a boost like the temp control unit was loud and made noises, and the TV was under performing. "

"No one to help carry luggage to the room. No room service. Restaurant and bar area very dirty behind the bar. Looks like they never clean the glass doors and shelf’s. Cleaning device eas disappointing. Never gave clean glasses and did not take dirty towels away. Not a very pleasant experience. "
