"We were unable to connect to WiFi. The front desk, in two separate calls, referred us to an alleged Help Desk. My experience is that these individuals should be able to walk one through the steps to connect ( we’re talimin an iPhone here.) Instead, the agent claimed that Therese’s a connectivity issue in the hotel. I pushed back and pointed out that this seemed very strange, as the front desk would have been inundated by frustrated guests. The agent insisted. I called the front desk, who confirmed that hotel connectivity was fine. I find this insulting. It was just a way to get rid of me. When one travels, hotel WiFi is very important to the consumer. So is respectful service regarding a valid expectation that has not been met. I will tjilbg many times before using or recommending Hilton again. "

"Room is equal to a motel 6. Staff just due the basic. Breakfast is a joke with Costco pastries frozen and dried out. Parking non refundable valet at $45 per time. Hotel is located in the middle of the downtown slums with a homeless immigrant camp in front of it. This was the worse experience my family had ever suffered from. I would never even consider it at all if it was more honest about the realities of the local area. I would have been more comfortable at a budget inn and far less expensive than here. I had to get all of my belongings dried cleaned to get rid of the bugs we found in the luggage at home. I’m so mad that this was part of a package deal that was supposed be a quality item but it was a bottom line item and was far too expensive for what was delivered. This is not something that should be even remotely listed."

"The hotel is extremely understaffed to the point of having to wait almost an hour to check in. There was a sign at the front desk saying someone would “return soon” which is not at all helpful since “soon” tells people nothing. Once the front desk clerk retuned she was very pleasant but the people waiting were not. She told me (because I asked) that she would be alone for her whole shift. The room itself was clean which was a pleasant surprise, but the trash cans at the two entrances were literally overflowing and spilling on to the ground and then blowing through the parking lot. Having a young girl by herself on a Saturday until at least 11pm is alarming and unacceptable from a hotel guest perspective but also from a security/safety perspective "

" Sent to multiple rooms at check in.All were dirty, Shortage of housekeepers. very difficult for front drsk employees. Many unhappy guests. Overpriced. Location noisy. Traffic racing by all night! no on site restaurant, although brewery/pub next door just downstairs with excellent food and beer. Would not stay here again."
