“객실 깨끗하고 친절한 직원”

“It was a little off our travel route and some construction in the area but all good. It was midnight when we checked in. Front desk clerk was very nice. Very surprised some sort of breakfast wasn't included in the price. The room was set up like any other hotel breakfast but you had to pay 15-16.00 per person. Also had to pay 12.00 for parking!! Did not see that in the description when we booked it. Room was clean and quiet.”

“Perfect location and very nice staff!”

“The building and decor are all very unique - modern. Everything was well kept and clean. Our room was spaceous and very nice. The only thing we would have wanted was a room refridgerator.”

“친절하고 시설도 괜찮고, 아침식사도 좋습니다.”

“Breakfast is horrible. It has only coffee, muffin, eneygy bar. I was very hungry. But the condition of hotel is good.”

“I checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king room—the room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The new room had a clogged sink that wouldn’t drain at all. We called the front desk, and it took 30 minutes for someone to show up. The...

“The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and included gluten-free items which was great for us.”
