Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in toller Lage. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt: alles sauber, verhältnismäßig neu eingerichtet und ein freundlicher Service. Frühstücken durfte ich auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Abteikirche.

Lækre istandsatte værelser i et historisk gammelt hotel. Gode parkeringsforhold til billig penge. Lækker morgenmad. Stor terrasse med både restaurant og is-café lige midt i byen - smuk udsigt.

Sympathisches Hotel mitten in Prüm, Privat Parkplatz, schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und bei der Abreise noch entdeckt: es gibt sogar Wellness und einen Leseraum. Hier komme ich sicher wieder

Hotellet er under renovering. Jeg fik et af de renoverede værelser og det var fint. Der mangler dog plads på badeværelset. Alt er er rent og pænt som forventet. Gode muligheder for parkering ved hotellet, og gode spisesteder tæt på.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Stadtmitte ist sehr gut. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Kein Lift vorhanden. Hilfe beim Koffertragen von der Chefin. Enge Dusche 80 x 80 cm ohne Ablagemöglichkeit von Seife etc.. Handtuchhalter neben Waschbecken abgerissen und noch nicht repariert. Altes und defektes Fernsehen wurde erst auf meine Bitten ausgetauscht. (Junior-Suite Nr. 3 im rückwärtigen Anbau) Für den Parkplatz wurden mir 5,00 € pro Nacht abgezogen, obwohl in dem ausliegenden Hotel-Vorstellungsheftchen nur 2,50 € angegeben waren.
