"Great apartment. Everything you need is there. Great location next to shops, bars, restaurants. Can’t fault it"

"So this was booked as a deluxe appt with large balcony. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding"
