The room was spotless and smelled great. I booked a room on the 5th floor with a balcony with a city/ park view, it was amazing.. the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean and upkept . It was definitely the right choice to stay there while I visited Puebla.

Liked that room was very quiet and very dark to sleep in. Didn't like that sinks are only 3" deep and due to unmaintained faucets, sprayed/splashed water all over our pants every time we turned on the sinks. Every though Expedia filtered search for free breakfasts said this one had such, they would not honor it even though I showed them a screen print.
