"We (family of 3) stayed for 4 nights in the tortuga bay suite. So I can only speak for the room we stayed and not sure how other rooms are as they are all different. "Ariana’s is excellent to stay in. The beds are super comfortable, the view from the kitchen area is great, the air conditioning worked great. Across the street is undeveloped land so we saw several new birds. It is a little over a mile to the harbor so if that’s more of a walk than you’d like, taxis are everywhere. All kinds of stores are within 2-3 blocks. We loved the neighborhood. "

"I am a middle aged woman travelling solo. The room was perfect and secure. The pool is not designed for lounging in the sun, but great for a dip. Tortuga Bay is about a 45 minute walk on a well maintained path. When you get to the beach, go to he right and walk to the end where you’ll find a path through the mangrove and opens up to a calm pool like swimming area with shade trees and great snorkelling. Very safe to venture out anytime to explore the town, enjoy some wine and walk home. "

"We only stayed overnight between the afternoon ferry from Isabela and the morning ferry to San Cristobal. It is difficult to rate the hotel as we were not there long.
