"Property said it had transportation from airport to hotel and we confirmed this transfer 3 times prior to arriving , but we’re still left at the airport without a pick up. We hired a taxi to take us to hotel. Description also said free area shuttle. Yet when I asked about the shuttle to go to the park, I was told they would call us a taxi which we paid for again. "Small, family-run, boutique style hotel - just 6 rooms! You are greeted personally and the staff goes out of their way to assist with any request you have. Rooms are spotless and the room decks are wonderful for sunset views from your hammock :) Walkable to town and right on Playa Mann, this was an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend!"

"The staff is very friendly, even though I could not understand much in spanish, we were able to use Google translate to communicate. The accommodations are really nice for a great price, and all the rooms have a nice view and are walkable to the main street with food and shops. "
